ROLE: Microsoft Dynamics Developer, based in Purfleet, Essex – option for either hybrid or remote working.
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
Join our fabulous team of IT experts and help us deliver industry leading solutions for the business. You will support and facilitate the successful installation and maintenance of Carpetright’s software systems. You’ll be continually building product knowledge and work as part of the Dynamics Enterprise Team, using product delivery and self-managed learning to continue progression within the team. This is a varied and demanding role involving all aspects of implementing Dynamics solutions from project life cycle to an on-going support.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Quality control of all deliverables
- Assisting during workshops on business processes and business requirements documentation
- Business and systems analysis and documentation
- Product design and gap analysis to standard product functionality
- Application configuration and setup
- Provide system training to both internal and external clients
- Development and delivery of testing strategies
- Liasing with in-house and partner development teams to deliver robust solutions on time
- Managing change control
- Develop professional and technical skills, achieving relevant qualifications
ABOUT YOU:
- 3+ years of Dynamics related experience
- .Net framework, Visual Studio and Object orientated design, Azure
- Strong functional skills in 3-4 of the following areas within Microsoft Dynamics – Procurement and Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Sales and Marketing, Product and BOM Management, Manufacturing (Discreet, Process or Lean), Retail, Planning and Forecasting and Warehousing and Transportation
- Microsoft Dynamics Certified
