Job Introduction
With our stores now open, we are busier than ever in the Talent Acquisition team.
We are excited to be recruiting for a Talent Sourcer to support the team with our short-term volume vacancies within our retail stores. This will be a 3 month fixed term contract.
You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying and screening top talent to join our business and by doing so, supporting the team to fill their vacancies.
Please note that this position can be fully remote although the successful candidate will need to visit our head office in Purfleet on their first day to collect equipment.
What You Will Be Doing
- Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to understand hiring needs and areas of focus
- Sourcing candidates for live and future roles
- Providing a continuous flow of candidates to the team from various methods of sourcing (CV databases, LinkedIn etc)
- Telephone screening candidates prior to shortlisting
- Providing an exceptional candidate experience
What You Will Need
- A strong and proven background in sourcing including expertise in Boolean searching with a keen eye for identifying talent
- The ability to quickly understand a brief for a role but isn’t afraid to challenge
- The ability and desire to deliver exceptional candidate experiences
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal colleagues
- The confidence to ‘cold-call’ candidates and sell the benefits of working for Carpetright
