Role Responsibility
We have an immediate need for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team at Carpetright based in Purfleet, Essex. Your key aim will be to source top talent across our retail store network focusing on key geographical areas.

What you will be doing:
- Manage the end to end recruitment life cycle for retail positions
- Focus on direct sourcing and provide an excellent candidate experience
- Utilise market knowledge to offer advice on hiring approach and best execution
- Liaise internally with hiring managers and being highly responsive to internal candidates for opportunities
- Ownership of the offer process for hired candidates including creating contracts and issuing onboarding documents (all online)
What we are looking for:
- Experienced high-volume Recruiter with excellent direct sourcing skills (agency or in-house) and sound knowledge of Boolean searching
- Results driven approach delivering on high volumes
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills

- Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm - 3 days in office 2 days at home
