Role Responsibility
Role Purpose
To work closely with the Performance & Communications Manager to support the department with the effective coordination and management of daily systems, administrative tasks and store queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Author quality operational documents including Store Operational Manual and Weekly Bulletin
- Publish, approve and maintain content on the company intranet system, when required
- Support with the production of reports for the Performance & Communications Manager
- Manage the daily department administrative tasks
- Support of effective communications to both SSO and stores
- Manage the store queries (both telephone calls and Retail Operations inbox)
- Hiring of vehicles and vans
Person Specification
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience of working in a Head Office Retail environment
- Skilled in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Intranet systems – preferred but not essential
- A proven track record in a similar role
- Ability to manage own workload
- Computer literate with the ability to effectively analyse data provided.
- Background involving administrative and/or system support roles.
- To possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills and takes a pro-active approach to build excellent working relationships with Field, Store and SSO colleagues
- Monitor and co-ordinate business related information.
- Well-developed written communication skills (essential)
