Job Introduction

To provide mobile support to the Regional Manager and their respective regions Stores. Contributing to rollout of initiatives and incentives as well as monitoring and measuring success. Ensuring all stores within Region are prepared for successful audit as well as that all are complying with any implemented administration processes.

To promote and sustain the highest levels of service by putting the customer at the heart of everything you do

Carry out regular store visits to understand if stores are compliant and in line with company expectations.

Work closely with the Regional Manager to establish areas of need or concern so the appropriate action can be planned and implemented.

Ensuring all external contractors working on behalf of store have the necessary qualifications, training and documents required.

Evaluate Audit performance of the region and ensure compliant.

Making sure all Health and Safety procedures are up to date and adhered too

.Strive for continuous personal development.

Understanding and adhering to Carpetright codes of conduct / policies and procedures at all times.

Strong administration skills.

Mobility to travel to specific regions stores

.Exposure to working in a retail environment

.Clear and confident communicator.
