As a Warehouse Administrator – your day might look like this:

  • Arranging appointments for our customers to have their flooring fitted
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience across various channels but especially via phone or online
  • Working closely with the store teams and independent fitters to ensure everything is as it should be paperwork-wise and that the customer gets a seamless experience after placing their order right through to the point they can walk on their new flooring
  • Being our communication and co-ordination expert, keeping everyone organised and informed

As a Warehouse Administrator we hope you’ll bring:

  • Some experience of administration/co-ordination
  • A methodical approach and keen attention to detail
  • Confidence to communicate with customers and contractors
  • Confidence in tackling tech (PC or tablet literate) and working with numbers/data
