Role Responsibility
Digital Transformation Programme Lead (Group) – Long term contract – Flexible location (travel to Purfleet & Redditch will be needed)
This is a newly created role, and the objective of the Digital Transformation Programme Lead (Group) will be to lead the integration of the EPiServer commerce platform across a number of the group companies.
What you will be doing:
- Migrate all the businesses onto the selected single group platform (Optimizely)
- Ensure the platform programmes are delivered on time, within budget and with maximum commercial impact
- Ensure each of the platform projects are clearly scoped, defined, prioritised and resourced
- Develop and maintain clear project plans, working with key stakeholders, 3rd party system integrators, other internal project leads
- Keep sponsors and stakeholders up to date and ensure all project participants remain informed and empowered
- Support the recruitment of the Digital project team. Then lead, motivate, coach, and develop them to become a high performing team
- Manage budgets for each programme to ensure they are kept within the agreed costs
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience of successfully managing a range projects integrating front-end ecommerce platforms with back-end ERP’s
- Ideally has experience of Optimizely (EPiServer), D365 or Epicor ERP’s
- Excellent technical, programme management and communication skills
- Resilience coupled with the ability to drive results across a broad range of teams
- High business intellect, financially astute with excellent critical thinking and analytical skills
