The Opportunity: Group Digital Business Analyst, Purfleet Head Office/Hybrid, with occasional travel to the other Head Offices.

 

 

About the opportunity:

 

This is an exciting opportunity to join our talented Group Digital Transformation team. You’ll proactively gather the requirements (both functional and non-functional) of platforms and technologies needed across the group and using proven analysis techniques to document the needs of the business. Then using these requirements provide solutions for the programme being delivered by the Group digital transformation team.

 

 

  • Work with businesses across the Nestware Group to identify business and functional (both functional and non-functional) requirements
  • Managing and development and implementation of business solutions and spotting opportunities for synergies, shared functionality, and requirement
  • Support multiple projects under the direction of the digital transformation programme lead
  • Establish relationships with internal business customers by being proactive and displaying a knowledge of their business processes
  • Meet regularly with mangers in the Nestware group to define project direction, system change priorities and business objectives
  • Lead requirement gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, group sessions, user observations and/or use other techniques to identify business need or requirements with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Interpret and replay the requirements to all stakeholders at both strategic and operational model
  • Analyse, document, and validate existing processes and map ‘to-be’ process models with impact of change demonstrated in these models
  • Challenge assumptions where necessary
  • Understand and document current business processes and lead analysis into the definition of the future state, including system and people change
  • Actively pursue issue resolution and communicate project status/issues to business stakeholders and operational management
  • Provide support to the business during RFI/RFP process and vendor selection

 

 

About you:

 

 

  • Proven track record of successfully defining project requirements and having the interpersonal skills to support the business owner define these requirements
  • Deep knowledge of building process maps, data flows and diagrams
  • Have a pragmatic approach to ensure the requirements match the desired outcomes and are not over or under specified
  • Using management methodologies and tools e.g., waterfall and agile
  • Proficient knowledge of requirements, gathering processes and proven analysis techniques
  • Documentation of benefits and realisation throughout the product lifecycle
  • Work closely with the programme lead to identify opportunities to create shared functionality across the Nestware Group
  • Successful track record of managing relationships between external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver project objectives
  • Ability to successfully facilitate group business leads and external parties with individuals at all levels including other key stakeholders
  • End to end support during the development and test life cycle
  • Track record of managing and contributing to multiple digital running simultaneously
