How You’ll Play Your Part

Your role will be to deliver an exceptional end to end customer experience, helping our customers choose the right products to suit their needs, whether for an entirely new project or to complement their existing designs and décor.

Our customers aren’t looking to simply browse products, they are looking for advice, guidance and inspiration. You’ll need to tailor your approach to suit the needs of each customer. You’ll have the tools at your disposal to give them the experience they deserve whether this is through collaborative mood boards, digital design consultations or a deeper consultation with their interior designer.

We are working with premium products which brings with it an expectation of exceptional service. You will own the complete customer journey from initial contact through to finalising the order and beyond, establishing solid, long-term relationships with customers leading to repeat custom, recommendations and advocacy for the new brand and concept.

What You’ll Need

This is so much more than your typical retail advisor role.

The key to success is a clear drive and passion for customer service – how can you help our customers express their personal style and tell their own story at home?

You’ll need to demonstrate the ability to flex between selling and service and showcase a real desire and excitement about this opportunity and our new brand.

You’ll of course need previous experience working within a premium retail environment with luxury products and high-end customers alongside the ability to demonstrate a keen interest and/or work experience in interior design, textiles, home trends and styles to be a success in this role.

Don’t worry - we will provide you with training to bring you up to speed with our product range, you don’t need to have home flooring experience but if you do, even better!

Other key requirements:

  • An obsession for attention to detail
  • Confidence to proactively approach customers, interact with them and be happy to share your opinion and advice to help them to make their decisions
  • Can-do approach
  • A real passion for and knowledge of design, interiors, style and trends

What’s In It For Me?

With market leading training and an attractive salary and commission structure in place, this is a great opportunity to drive your career forward with a fantastic new boutique concept store on the design capital of London – Tottenham Court Road.

Next Steps

Once you hit apply, you will be taken through a series of questions relating to your experience and suitability for the role that should take you no longer than 10 minutes. If successful at this stage, you will need to upload a CV and covering letter. If your experience is a match, someone from our Talent Acquisition team will be in touch for a chat to talk through your experience and discuss the role in more detail. If selected, the final stage will be a virtual interview/assessment day.

We hope to hear from you soon!
