Role Responsibility
Role Purpose
To be accountable for new fixture builds
To be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out are efficiently and effectively, and in line with procedures and current health and safety legislation.
To assist maintenance field team in specified areas, when required
Key Responsibilities
Execute maintenance duties planned and reactive at offices
- Continually provide reactive support when required, to a high standard and within given timescales
- Work with Facilities Manager and ensure site offices (Purfleet) is maintained to a legal and operational standard
- Work with wider department on building of in store fixtures
- Ensure that all engineering compliance documents are kept up to date and any remedial works are completed to an appropriate standard.
- To be responsible for ensuring that all maintenance problems and queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
Person Specification
Qualifications and Experience
- Understanding and Discipline in Mechanical/Electrical
- Ability to fault find and repair
- A track record of maintenance or specific trade
- Knowledge of the wider industry Multi Skilled

- Self-motivated and able to act on own initiative.
- Clear and confident communicator
