We are looking for remote based ER superstars to join our team of proud faces to help to deliver change journeys across our estate. You will partner with senior managers both from a collective and individual consultation perspective to ensure a cohesive and values led approach to change on the ground. Building upon your prior experience of at the ‘coal face’ ER, you will be courageous and have a passion for delivering change well.
A natural communicator, you will thrive in an environment that expects you to think on your feet to resolve some of the trickiest and most challenging ER issues, managing risk and balancing the care and support of our colleagues. You will be crucial to the success of consultation on the ground by building enduring and values led relationships and ensuring that paperwork is handled in the right manner. You will love having your hands full and getting stuck in. This role would suit an up and coming ER Advisor that is seeking some significant experience of change within a fast paced environment.
