Coordinator - Part Time - 2 days a week

Job Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity for a Co-ordinator/Administrator to join our Facilities team at Carpetright. You will be first line support to our stores while coordinating and ensuring maintenance (planned and reactive) is upkept along with day to day operational support via telephone and email.

What you will be doing:

  • Management of the departments email inbox, telephone – logging new jobs, assisting stores, Regional Managers and other departments within our head office.
  • Chasing suppliers, chasing quotes and authorizing works to facilitate department
  • Delivery and coordination of both planned and reactive maintenance for the estate
  • Schedule reactive and preventative maintenance, respond to facilities queries and complaints

What we are looking for:

  • Previous phone based role ideally in a helpdesk or call centre environment
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Service.
  • Self-motivated and able to act on own initiative.
